How I support you
Four ways we can work together
Birth Doula Services
$1,200Steady, informed support from pregnancy through delivery. Services include prenatal education, development or review of a detailed birthing plan, comfort techniques during labor, breastfeeding counseling, and referrals.
Postpartum Doula Services
$35 / hourGentle in-home help so you can rest and bond with baby. Services include doing light housework, meal prep, providing newborn and postpartum information, promoting self-care, helping siblings adjust, and referrals.
Breastfeeding & Lactation Counseling
$35 / hourServices include offering evidence-based breastfeeding information and support to parent(s) through in-person meetings or by phone, including breastfeeding techniques and ongoing breastfeeding support.
Childbirth Education Classes
$100 · held monthlyA must-have for new parents! Classes provide education to include hormonal changes, birthing process, interventions, signs and stages of labor, healthy eating, and postpartum care for parent and baby. Held once per month.
